Return & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Important things to know:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging
- Return Window is 14 days from the delivery date.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are for a different size or style of the same value. If you’d like a different item altogether, we recommend returning and placing a new order
How to Return or Exchange
Since we’re a small team, we handle all returns through email to ensure we can give you the best personal service.
- Email Us: Please contact us at tkop@hyssjewelry.com within the 14-day window.
- Include in Your Email:
- Your Order Number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
- We’ll Reply Quickly: We’ll email you back within 24-48 hours with further instructions and the mailing address for your return.
Important Things to Know:
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Final Sale Items: For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for pierced ears)
- Custom or personalized pieces
When You’ll Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or new item for exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once it’s complete.
