Hyss fully stands behind theproducts we sell.Therefore,allof our products are covered by a two year waranty starting from the day when the original order was received Formore information, please check the Two-Year Warranty.

Free Two-Year Warranty
Hyss fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects,
starting from the day when the original order was received.

For repair items not covered by the two-year waranty, we willfirst provide a quotation to the customer and proceed with the repair only after
obtaining the customer’s consent.

Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Hyss.
2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Hyss willnot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking willnot be
processed.
4. Hyss reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond “normal wear”, as
determined by our jewelry professionals.
5. Bent, snagged or worn prongs causing a lab grown diamond to become dislodged but not lost due to normal wear or other damage: (pleasereturn both the lab-grown diamond and the product for repair).

The aforementioned manufacturer’s warranty and free services apply solely to the original purchaser who bought the product from Hyss. Anymaintenance, repair, resizing or other services performed by non-HYSS personnel will render the manufacturer’s warranty invalid.

The following are examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects:

Discoloration is caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pool water, hot tub water or bath water.
Prong settings and precious metals typically show wear over time, which may require “reinforcement” or repaic these are considered normal wear and tear.
Loss of stones due to theirfalling off caused by bending, snagging, or wear of the prong setting resulting from normal wear and tear or otherdamage.

Extended Warranty Plan
Extended Waranty Plan extends bundles your pieces with an affordable protection plan which you add to your purchase during checkout,soyour jewelry is covered, even after the manufacturer’ s warranty expires
Our two-year. three year and five year Extended Warranty Plan provides additional peace of mind beyond our complimentary manufacturingwarranty by protecting and upholding the quality of your jewelry.

Extended Warranty Plan Terms
The extended warranty plan starts on the first day of receipt of your package.
Extended warranty plan price: 2 years, 3 years, S years waranty service unit price of 10%, 15%, and 20% of the selling price of the product respec- tively
1. youhave purchased the extended warranty service,the order initiates an exchange, and you need to make up the difference according to theprice of the extended warranty
2. If your order is returned, the cost of the extended warranty on the order will also be fully refunded
3.lf your order has not been shipped and you need to add or cancel the extended warranty plan, you can contact our customer service to makeup the difference in price.
4. fyour order has already been shipped, we willstilofferto add or cancel the extended warranty plan within 30 days from the time youreceive the order.

Please note: Cancellation of Extended Warranty Plan is not supported more than 30 days after order receipt confirmation.

Self-service repair instructions
Step 1: Initiate vour return

Sign in and go to “My Orders” on the dashboard to select the item(s) you want to repair.

Step 2: Receive a repair notification email
Once you initiate the repair (Step 1), you will receive an emall titled “Notification of Your Repair Progress from Jeulia” within 48 hours. Withinthis email, you’ Il receive further return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)
Enclosed is a copy of your return with the order number, fullname,and emall address. Te package should be shipped pre paid througha trace-able method.

Step 4: Upload the return tracking number
Remember to sign in and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.

30-DAY RETURNS

At Hyss, we’re aiming to provide you with the best quality products and worry-freecustomer services, that is why we’vemade the return process super easy! Weunderstand that not every purchase works out, which is why we offer a 30-dayreturnpolicy to guarantee 100% satisfaction.

We want youto fel comfortable and confident when shopping at Hyss, that’ swhy we offer a 30-day return policy. Ifforany reason you’re notsatisfied with your purchase, you may return orexchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from
the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions
1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. Allitems must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will
not be processed.
5. For retun, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items Otherwise,the retallprice of the promotional giftwillbe
deducted from the refund.
6. For exchanges or resizing, f your location fall within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints.
We willnotify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.
7. Lab-Grown Diamond Return Policy: Must be unused with original certification · 35% restocking fee applies.
Note: Please do not send yourreturn to the address on your package. That is not our return address and willaffect the processing of yourretun.

Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2.” Design your own” items, the stone color, metal and chain length,etc. chosen based on your personal preference are non-refundable.Hyss will
charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”,such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. Hyss willcharge a 35%
restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
4. Special order items are those changing plating and stone colors, buying a part from the whole set, and the jewelry with personalizedengravings, allof these are not refundable. However, Hyss can exchange it for a different design by charging a 35% restocking fee.
5. The rings with custom sizes are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20)
6. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and willbe returned to the customer at their
expense
7. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds
Returns willbe processed within S days upon receiving your package. The refund willbe issued to your original payment account or in the form of
tore credit as you requested.

Please Note:

I you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of Hys representatives to get an authorization.
The shipping rate before discount willapply and is non-refundable. Athough you may have enjoyed free or underalued shipping, we do incurthe original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
When returning goods, the remoteness fee is non-refundable and needs to be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

Hyss will reimburse customer S10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances
I.Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.(For broken or defective items, customers must contact Jeulia within 48 hours of eceiving their order.)

Hyss will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items.
I. Items that are customized with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
2. Items that are customized with14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
3. Items that are customized with18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
4. Items that are customized with moissanite stones.
5. Items that are customized with lab-grown diamonds.
6. Returning multiple items (> 3 pieces)from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.
