At HYSS Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Every HYSS piece is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind while enjoying your jewelry.

The warranty period begins on the date your original order is delivered.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our two-year warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, including certain issues related to:

Jewelry structure or workmanship
Defective clasps or closures
Manufacturing defects in settings
Stones that become loose due to a manufacturing defect
Other defects determined by HYSS Jewelry to be related to the original manufacturing process

If your jewelry has a potential manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact us. Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair or replacement.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Examples include:

Scratches, dents, or damage caused by impact
Damage caused by improper handling or storage
Damage caused by misuse or accidents
Discoloration or changes caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfume, lotions, pool water, or other substances
Normal wear and tear
Natural changes to finishes or plating caused by regular use
Lost or stolen jewelry
Lost stones resulting from accidental damage, impact, snagging, or improper use
Damage caused by repairs, modifications, resizing, or alterations performed by unauthorized third parties

Because jewelry may be made with different materials and finishes, the appearance of a piece may naturally change with regular wear over time. Such changes are generally considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.

Warranty Requirements

To request warranty service:

The item must have been purchased directly from the official HYSS Jewelry website.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase or the original order information may be required.
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Do not send jewelry to us without receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

If we determine that the issue is covered by our warranty, we will provide further instructions for the repair or replacement process.

Repairs & Replacements

If your jewelry is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, HYSS Jewelry may, at our discretion:

Repair the jewelry;
Replace the affected jewelry or component; or
Provide another appropriate solution.

If an issue is not covered by the warranty, we may still be able to assist with a repair or other service. In such cases, we will communicate any applicable costs with you before proceeding.

Important Notes

Please do not attempt to repair, modify, resize, or alter your jewelry yourself or through an unauthorized third party before contacting HYSS Jewelry.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications may affect our ability to determine the original cause of the issue and may void the applicable warranty.

If you are asked to return an item, please use a shipping method with tracking and keep your tracking information until the item has been received and processed.

At Hyss, we’re aiming to provide you with the best quality products and worry-freecustomer services, that is why we’vemade the return process super easy! Weunderstand that not every purchase works out, which is why we offer a 30-dayreturnpolicy to guarantee 100% satisfaction.

We want youto fel comfortable and confident when shopping at Hyss, that’ swhy we offer a 30-day return policy. Ifforany reason you’re notsatisfied with your purchase, you may return orexchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from
the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions
1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. Allitems must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will
not be processed.
5. For retun, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items Otherwise,the retallprice of the promotional giftwillbe
deducted from the refund.
6. For exchanges or resizing, f your location fall within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints.
We willnotify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.
7. Lab-Grown Diamond Return Policy: Must be unused with original certification · 35% restocking fee applies.
Note: Please do not send yourreturn to the address on your package. That is not our return address and willaffect the processing of yourretun.

Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2.” Design your own” items, the stone color, metal and chain length,etc. chosen based on your personal preference are non-refundable.Hyss will
charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”,such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. Hyss willcharge a 35%
restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
4. Special order items are those changing plating and stone colors, buying a part from the whole set, and the jewelry with personalizedengravings, allof these are not refundable. However, Hyss can exchange it for a different design by charging a 35% restocking fee.
5. The rings with custom sizes are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20)
6. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and willbe returned to the customer at their
expense
7. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds
Returns willbe processed within S days upon receiving your package. The refund willbe issued to your original payment account or in the form of
tore credit as you requested.

Please Note:

I you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of Hys representatives to get an authorization.
The shipping rate before discount willapply and is non-refundable. Athough you may have enjoyed free or underalued shipping, we do incurthe original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
When returning goods, the remoteness fee is non-refundable and needs to be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

Hyss will reimburse customer S10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances
I.Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.(For broken or defective items, customers must contact Jeulia within 48 hours of eceiving their order.)

Hyss will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items.
I. Items that are customized with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
2. Items that are customized with14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
3. Items that are customized with18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
4. Items that are customized with moissanite stones.
5. Items that are customized with lab-grown diamonds.
6. Returning multiple items (> 3 pieces)from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.

Self Service Return & Exchange
Step 1:Initiate your return

Step 2: Receive return notification email
Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an emalltitled “Notification of Your Return Progress from Jeulla” within 48 hours Withinthis email, you’ Il receive the further return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)
Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and emalladdress.Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceablemethod.

Step 4: Upload return tracking number

We want your order to be made just the way you want it Please review your personalization/engraving/special orderinformation before submit-ting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, allitems willbe sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time wllincura30% material and processing fee.
